I am 75 years old and I have a thermador stove, the oven wasn't working and I called them and spoke to a nice young lady named Sherry. Sherry helped me out by sending a technician to repair my stove. The technician was very nice he put in an ignition and showed me how to used the oven. My oven is working fine. I used my oven everyday. I think this guys are a nicest company to deal with. Mrs. Katzman I Am Very Happy With My Service. - Feb 7, 2009 I have a Fisher Paykel dishwasher and I have a service contract with General Electric. I called Fisher Paykel and they recommend me to Superior. I called General Electric and I asked them to send me Management Appliances to service my dishwasher. They didn't send me Superior they send another company. The other company came and checked my dishwasher and told me my dishwasher is not repairable. The company called General Electirc and gave a report. General Electric called me and told me that they are going to send Management. Management came and checked my dishwasher and repaired it within one hour. The problem with my dishwasher it was not draining so water was in the dishwasher. When the other company came the Technician took my door out and left it on my floor and the Tech couldn't put it back together. The first time if General Electric did send Management Appliances that would have never happend. Don't wait or don't think about calling anyone else call them. Their schedule not good, service good - Jun 13, 2008 It is an annoying experience the messy way they manage their schedule, make you wait and waste your time. Scheduled for Wednesday btw 5pm-7pm, they did not show or notified woud not make it. I called again the following day, listened to apologies, was rescheduled for Thursday 3pm-5pm. They did finally showed up. At least the repair was quick and I've got a break on the service for them being late. |
